At Flying Monkey, we capture and create top quality aerial images and data. We keep up with drone and camera technology and work with the latest available equipment. All our unmanned aerial systems (UAVs) are equipped with 12 megapixel high resoltion cameras and 4K Ultra-High definition video. Some aircraft are also equipped with WIFI video transmitters for livestreaming to facebook or YouTube. WIFI allows the crowd to simultaneously watch the video on smart devices as it is being recorded.

Drones are compact and easy to transport and quickly set up
Advancements in radio controlled drones have made it possible to conduct low-altitude aerial photography. This has benefited the news media, real-estate advertising, Industrial inspections and construction of both commercial and residential properties. The US Federal Aviation Administration approved the use of commercial drones as long as the pilot has either a FAA 333 waiver or a FAA Part 107 certificate for small UAS. Flying Monkey Aerial Videography has both certificates, plus its owner and senior pilot has a private full size aircraft pilot license.

Drones offer increased photographic access. They are useful in any situation in which a full-scale aircraft would be dangerous and costly to operate. Examples would include: roof inspections, live breaking news, the inspection of transformers atop power transmission towers and slow, low-level flights over construction projects and agricultural fields.
